Director of Nursing

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Director of Nursing will oversee the clinical nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Responsibilities include managing and supporting nursing staff, implementing best practices in patient care, monitoring infection control procedures, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare within the organization, and maintaining high standards in long-term care facilities.

The individual will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and improve operational strategies for effective patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Nursing Management and leadership roles, including the ability to oversee and mentor nursing staff.
• Knowledge of Infection Control protocols and dedication to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Professional expertise in Medicine and Nursing, with a commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care.
• Experience in Long-term Care settings, with an understanding of patient-centered care practices.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Active LPN/RN license in the state of Illinois.
