As a cross BU catalyst, it partners primarily with SCS/YLA Solutions Design (engaging CLG and IFF as needed) to qualify pursuits and collaborate across the organization to win new land transportation business.

As the commercial lead, the role orchestrates joint sales with IVs and BUs-supports the building of a disciplined pipeline (with a focus on existing YLA accounts/relationships) while helping define what domestic transportation in YLA should (re) build and how to scale it in future years.

  • Win transition & relationship growth

    • Remain engaged, in alignment with account teams, to support MBRs/QBRs and relationship continuity.
  • Brand Representation & Operating Discipline
    • Identify and prioritize industry conferences and events (e.g., TIA, IANA) where YLA should have a presence, using a targeted approach to ensure professional representation at selected events and in customer meetings.
