Compensation: $80,000 annually

Overview:

We’re seeking a CNC Mill Programmer with strong Mastercam experience and a background in vertical or horizontal milling. This role involves offline programming for close-tolerance, complex parts in a precision machining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC mills offline using Mastercam
• Read and interpret complex drawings and GD&T
• Create setups, fixtures, and optimize machining processes
• Collaborate with QC for first-piece approvals
• Support and train operators as needed
• Maintain documentation in ERP and inspection systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC mill setup and operation (vertical or horizontal)
• 1+ year of Mastercam programming experience
• Experience with close-tolerance, complex parts
• Strong GD&T and machining process knowledge
