We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers for local routes originating out of our terminal in Elk Grove Village, IL
. Enjoy local home daily routes, steady 6-day weekly schedules, and 100% no-touch freight.
- Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
- Average Weekly Gross: Approximately $1,900 per week
- Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Sunday Off)
- Shift
Hours:
6:00 AM start time (12 to 14 hours per day) - Employment Structure: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Home Time:
Home Daily - Daily Mileage: 200 – 400 miles per day
- Freight Handling:
100% No-Touch Freight - Parking / Yard Rules: Tractor and trailer must remain parked at the Elk Grove Village terminal at the end of each shift. Driver is responsible for personal transportation to and from the yard.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the last 3 years
- Clean driving record (MVR & PSP)
- Valid DOT Medical Card and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable personal transportation to the terminal in Elk Grove Village, IL
