Shipping & Receiving Associate

Full Circle is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for the 1st shift. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, preparing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently while maintaining company quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Prepare outgoing orders, including picking, packing, and labeling.
• Verify product quantities and condition.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and/or forklifts (if applicable).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Availability to work 1st shift.
