About the Opportunity

Winn Companies is seeking a
Maintenance Supervisor II
to join our team at
Mosa Apartments
, a 387-unit affordable tax credit community located in Elk Grove, CA.

In this role, you will lead the maintenance operations of a multifamily residential community, supervising maintenance staff while ensuring the property remains safe, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards. This position combines hands-on maintenance expertise with team leadership, preventive maintenance planning, and vendor management.

The pay range for this role is $30.00-$32.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with on-call duty required as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members, ensuring high-quality work, productivity, and exceptional resident service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop maintenance staff while promoting safe work practices and accountability.
• Oversee service requests, work orders, staff schedules, and vendor activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, building inspections, unit inspections, and curb appeal initiatives to preserve the property's physical assets.
• Perform and coordinate maintenance repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Review property inspection findings, obtain contractor bids, and assist with capital improvement and maintenance projects.
