UMH Properties, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Maintenance staffer for the Forest Creek Community to handle groundskeeping, minor repairs, and maintenance of community homes and lots. Safety, reliability and attention to detail are required to uphold UMH standards.
Daily duties include inspecting common areas, mowing, snow removal, operating power tools, and assisting with home installations when needed. This is a non-exempt, seasonal/part-time on-site role with benefits per company policy.
