Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians who will provide equipment reliability by providing troubleshooting, repair to a wide range of manufacturing processing equipment. This maintenance leader will oversee the 3rd shift.

• Support the Preventative Maintenance Program with goal of reducing equipment downtime
• Follow OSHA and government roles including Lock-out/Tag-out procedures. (GMPs) and personal/food safety Programs (SQF)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and develop a plant to resolve equipment issues including PLCs, plant electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and general mechanical systems
• Maintenance record of work performed through the use of work orders, software
• Consistently seek opportunities for continuous improvement

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a high volume food manufacturing setting
• 6 months of experience in a bakery setting preferred
• Ability to wire electrical motors, stick and MIG weld, use of basic machine tools
