Renewing Management is seeking a Work Order Specialist to handle resident service requests and deliver excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repairs and daily maintenance across the community.
You will inspect grounds every morning, process make-readies within 7 days of vacancy, and maintain records in Entrata. On-call nights and weekends are required, with duties in common areas and pool maintenance if applicable.
