Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Hygiene Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Elkridge, MD. This full-time, route-based field service role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, driving to customer locations, and providing excellent service in commercial facilities. As a Hygiene Technician, you will use a company-provided vehicle to service washrooms, maintain hygiene equipment, replenish products, manage route inventory, and ensure customer locations meet cleanliness and service standards.

• Travel to assigned customer locations using a company vehicle and complete daily route service activities.
• Service washrooms and hygiene equipment, including soap dispensers, sanitizer units, air care products, liners, and consumable items.
• Clean and maintain customer washrooms as required, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and hygiene disposal units.
• Handle sanitary waste disposal safely and professionally while following company cleanliness and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish products, and communicate customer needs or service concerns to management.
• Record completed service activities, route documentation, and account details using a company‑issued smartphone.

• Pay: $21 to $22 per hour.
• Job Type: Direct Hire, Full‑Time.
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours per week, four‑day work week.
• Typical shifts may include 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
