Inframark seeks a highly organized and proactive Planner/Scheduler to manage both preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient operation with minimal downtime. Collaboration with maintenance supervisors, plant managers, and team members is essential for coordinating activities and documentation.

• Use Job Cal, Emaint, or equivalent CMMS software to log and manage daily preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Schedule required preventive maintenance, determining frequency, materials, and tools.
• Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance procedures with supervisors and managers, planning for shutdowns, bypasses, and regulatory notifications.
• Consolidate labor, materials, equipment, and tools under work orders to maintain accurate inventory.
• Implement Inframark’s preventive maintenance schedule for equipment, ensuring all activities are documented.
• Meet daily with the maintenance supervisor to review completed tasks and adjust short‑ and long‑term schedules.
• Provide periodic reports to management as requested.
• Familiarize with purchase‑order procedures and collaborate with accounting for purchase authorization.
• Track purchase orders from issuance through receipt on site, including shipment scheduling and on‑site labor for receipt.
• Document deliveries, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and ensure proper billing procedures.
• Work with supervisors and technical staff to acquire necessary equipment for installations and integrate it into schedules with minimal disruption.
• Inform management of deliveries upon arrival and incorporate new materials into maintenance schedules.

• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
• Experience on site in construction.
• Proficiency in Emaint or equivalent CMMS programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and tracking annual maintenance expenses.
• Physical ability to conduct facility tours, walk, climb stairs, and perform light lifting.
