Lorien Encore is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper / Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Services team. In this essential role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members. Schedule

Full-Time | Weekdays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Every Other Weekend: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 5 Days Per Week

Pay Rate

• $16 per hour

• Same Day Pay for all Employees!

• PTO:80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

• 6 Personal Days

• 7 Paid Major Holidays

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms
• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Floor Tech experience is a plus
• Properly use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to guidelines
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

• Previous housekeeping, laundry, environmental services, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, hotel, healthcare, nursing home, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Full-Time Hours

• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (every other weekend)

• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
