Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and reports from staff and residents
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and supplies
