The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeping Associate:
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and floor care functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
Essential job functions:
- Maintain all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity.
- Strip wax from floors.
- Buff floors.
- Maintain floor equipment.
- Assist supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Clean all trash rooms.
- Assist housekeepers with annual cleanings.
- Notify supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work and storage area. Dispose of debris and defective materials.
- Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
Weekday part-time + rotating weekends
Starting wage $18-$20
