Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Hours: Part-Time | Up to 18 hours per week
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Trilab Health is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment throughout our Elmhurst facility. This position will be responsible for cleaning both laboratory and office areas , as well as common spaces throughout the facility.

• Clean and maintain designated laboratory areas in accordance with facility cleaning and safety procedures
• Clean and disinfect lab countertops, table tops, work surfaces, sinks, and designated equipment surfaces
• Clean office areas , including desks, table tops, floors, doors, and common surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Clean breakrooms, kitchen areas, conference rooms, and common spaces
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, doors, windowsills, and high-touch surfaces
• Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be restocked
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures, particularly when working in or around laboratory areas
• Report spills, maintenance concerns, damage, or safety issues to management
• Perform other janitorial and cleaning duties as assigned

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Experience cleaning a healthcare, medical, or laboratory environment is a plus
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned cleaning tasks
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Monday, Wednesday & Friday
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Up to 18 hours per week
Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
