- Salary: $22.50 hourly (Per PSRP 2025‑2029 Contract)

To maintain and update records of EPCUSD 401 students, answer all authorized inquiries and requests, and process and prepare various reports and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications- High School Diploma
- Experience with Power School preferred
- Highly proficient with spreadsheets and data manipulation
- Leads student enrollment including registration and residency.
- Assists with data processing of student enrollment data in Power School Enrollment.
- Evaluates transcripts of incoming students to determine number of transferring credits, grades, and graduation requirements.
- Leads the Residency team in collecting necessary documentation and reviewing mail returns with building secretaries and District Investigators.
- Coordinates clearance of residency obligations, arranging visits, verifying residency and guardian ships.
- Assists with collecting and screening residency information and multiple forms of data entry.
- Maintains and updates student records for each student’s temporary and permanent files.
- Receives and processes requests from former students to review records, collects fees, and makes copies.
- Verifies student record information for agencies such as Social Security, Veterans Administration, public aid, armed services, courts, police, and other governmental and private agencies.
- Prepares and transmits transcripts and other official documents relating to students.
- Processes and maintains all records regarding entry/withdrawal of students for reporting purposes.
- Provides student registration and enrollment guidance for residency, immigrant pupils, homeless pupils, and school fee and waiver matters.
- Orders and distributes diplomas to graduates, maintaining records of students not able to graduate, including summer and mid‑year graduates, and ensuring compliance with graduation requirements.
- Reviews state mandates prior to graduation and ensures compliance.
- Maintains accurate student data for the preparation of required reports including building, district, state and federal reports, and provides data to administrative personnel for grants and other reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Uses standard office equipment such as personal computer, printer, copier, fax machine and telephone.
- Travels to all school district buildings as required.
