$18 - $20 per hour

Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping kids grow? Do you love creating fun and engaging experiences for children? If so, Kid Strong wants you to join our team as a Kid Strong Coach! As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids from walking to 11 years old. (KS is introducing a new class group for babies, so you must be comfortable with babies who aren't yet walking too.)
• Understand the magic behind Kid Strong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills with our stellar training programs.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every shift. Be early and ready.
• Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong.
• Coach class, camps, parties, parent night out events, attend offsite events and anything else your center leaders might ask for.

• Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center.

• Passion for kids (non‑negotiable).
• Coaching background with kids walking to 11 years old (babies is a plus).
• Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
• Energetic, fun, high‑energy presence.
• Mentor ability to other coaches.
• CPR Certified or willing to obtain it.
