Job Description & How to Apply Below

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to join a global consumer goods firm in an operations role supporting shipping, inventory, data entry, and administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on operational work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow‑through. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational data is entered accurately, inventory records remain up to date, and shipments are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Route and schedule carrier shipments, ensuring packages are processed accurately and delivered in alignment with internal timelines and customer requirements.
  • Perform accurate, high-volume data entry related to shipments, inventory transactions, and operational records while maintaining data integrity across internal systems.
  • Organize and maintain shipping labels, packing slips, invoices, and related documentation to support efficient, error‑free fulfillment processes.
  • Support inventory management activities, including processing inventory receipts, updating inventory databases, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with regular cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
  • Review operational data for accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with a variety of ad hoc projects and operational requests, providing flexible support as business needs evolve.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow execution, timely communication, and accurate record‑keeping across departments.
Ideal Experience
  • College or Associate's degree strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in an operations, logistics, inventory, shipping, administrative, or data entry role is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases or inventory management systems is preferred.
