We're looking for Install Service Technicians to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining cutting-edge packaging automation equipment. • Install and maintain cutting-edge automated packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Travel regionally and nationally, ensuring seamless installations and customer satisfaction.

• 2-5+ years of OEM Technician or related experience (military, packaging equipment, or food manufacturing preferred).
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (24V-480V experience preferred).
• Ability to read schematics, operate a voltmeter, and diagnose electrical/mechanical issues.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills to work independently and with customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50-60%), including occasional weekends.
