Interim Health Care is offering a great Baylor Program opportunity for RNs in the Chicagoland area with Home Health expertise!

• Seeking RN support – Northern territory
• Seeking RN support – Southern territory

What We Offer:

• Earn up to $2400.00 per week with a two (2) or three (3) day schedule
• Mileage reimbursement
• All equipment provided

Must Haves:

• RN license from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed and reside in the State of Illinois
• Home Health experience – Conducts multiple patients visits each scheduled workday
• OASIS SOC experience highly preferred
• Ability to provide ROCs, Revisits, and PRNs on scheduled workdays
• Ability to provide a firm work schedule at least six (6) weeks in advance
• Able to attend four (4) day onsite orientation
• Reliable vehicle w/ valid auto insurance
