Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes.
Available Schedules:7am to 3:30pm (Full Time)
3pm to 11:30pm (Full Time)
11pm to 7:30am (Full Time or PRN)
Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, depending on role)
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
