Part Time Night Janitor
Location:
5610 Sunland Gin Rd., Eloy, AZ 85131 Type:
Part-time, Monday – Friday, 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Pay: $16.50 per hour
About Us:
At OMEX (Titian Cleaning, LLC.), we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Freeberg Industrial Fabrication. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive community, we want to hear from you!
- Clean office areas daily.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
- Clean break areas daily.
- Clean inside microwave weekly.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust fixtures, clean glass.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report supply needs at least weekly.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Wear appropriate safety equipment as required daily.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk large warehouse area nightly.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX safety protocols.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have all documents required by E-Verify to work in the United States.
