Custodiansare responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness of the client's facility, including, but not limited to, removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting,cleaning and stocking restrooms, operating forklifts and other machinery,and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site.

• Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
• Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms .
• Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
• Successfullyoperatea forklift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10-panel drug screen.
• Valid certification tooperateforklifts.(Preferred)
• Able to use reasoning and judgment
• Able to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e.how much cleaning solutionneededfor area being cleaned)
• Able to communicate in writing effectively
• Ableto stand, walk, bend twist,knellat various times through theentire shift
• Ableto liftand move, up to 40 pounds
• Authorized to work in the US – We Use eVerify
