About the position
Fun team environment, flexible hours and ability to be creative. It’s a great opportunity to get hands‑on work experience with a team, clients, time management and problem solving skills. You’ll be working alongside an experienced organizer and have creative freedom, but with guidance.
Variety of different projects like resetting spaces, unpacking and move‑ins, organizing with decluttering. Projects span from simple resets in one room to full move out/move ins.
Projects are scheduled 2-3 full days during the week, occasional weekends (depending on project), but not required. These are part time hours, hours are available on an as needed basis and are not guaranteed.
Requirements- Positive, can‑do attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move boxes/bins
- Comfortable working in clients' homes and respectful of their belongings and privacy
- Non‑judgmental attitude (huge in this field)
- Enthusiasm for decluttering
- Be able to complete tasks in allocated time
- Bonus: experience with organizing systems or products
