Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

As directed repair simple plumbing fixtures (i.e., leaky faucets, toilets, replace sinks, drain valves, water lines, ballcocks, etc...)
As directed, repair/replace simple electrical apparatus (i.e., lights, switches, outlets, motors, icemakers, appliances).Assist in the repair of appliances (i.e., garbage disposals, dishwashers, icemakers, stoves, minor heating and cooling and air conditioning equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, laundry equipment).Replace windows.

Carpentry (including framing, finish, etc…)Assist as needed to paint apartments and common areas of the facility.

Perform dry wall repairs and texturing.
