Job Description:

Enfield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to utilizing best practices in instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Connecticut State Standards.

* Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.

* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student learning.

* Maintain a professional and respectful classroom environment.

* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications:

* Valid Connecticut State Certification in Mathematics (Grades 7-12).

* Mathematics, 4-12 (029)

* Mathematics, Middle School, 4-8 (229)

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.

* Strong knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.
