Facilities Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Facilities Supervisor with CBRE, you will support a global leader in the consumer products and manufacturing industry, overseeing workplace operations across two office locations in Enfield, CT and Shelton, CT. This role is highly visible and hands-on, requiring a strong focus on vendor management, facilities coordination, and project oversight. The successful candidate will split time between both sites throughout the week, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional workplace experience for employees and visitors.

• Serve as the primary facilities contact for office locations in Enfield and Shelton, supervising daily facility operations.
• Manage third-party vendors responsible for maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, and other facility-related work.
• Coordinate and oversee facilities projects, including general contracting and electrical improvement initiatives.
• Partner with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure facility needs are met effectively.
• Monitor work orders, vendor performance, budgets, and operational metrics, providing updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support workplace services from a front-desk location in Shelton, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and employees.
• Maintain office common areas, ensuring spaces are stocked, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and help ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment across both sites.
