Multi-Site Custodian

This full‑time position (40 hours/week, day shift) plays a key role in keeping our community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for our residents and guests.

• Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
• Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
• Caring for the pool and related equipment
• Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
• Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment

• At least 1 year of work experience (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and pride in your work

• $20–$22 an hour + bonuses
