PM Hotel Engineer Supervisor

Job Summary

Full-time PM Hotel Engineer Supervisor / Hotel Maintenance – provide exceptional service, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience for the entirety of their stay. Expected schedule Friday‑Tuesday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm.

Location:

The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort.

• Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and elevators).
• Perform or supervise preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Ensure all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, are in excellent condition.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and building codes.
• Perform regular safety inspections and maintain records of certifications and inspections.
• Monitor and manage energy consumption to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement energy‑saving initiatives and sustainable practices.
• Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to address maintenance needs promptly and support guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large‑scale projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair:
  Ability to diagnose and repair issues promptly across a variety of hotel systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid license and clean driving record.
• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as elevators and fire safety equipment.
• Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for long‑term efficiency.
• Awareness of how maintenance activities can impact guests and taking measures to minimize disruptions.
