Floor Technician

About the Role

We are hiring immediately for full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions at Crothall Healthcare, Breast Imaging at Miami Valley Hospital, 9000 North Main Street, Englewood, OH 45415. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full‑time schedule. Sunday‑Thursday, hours may vary. Further details upon interview. No experience is necessary; we will train.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour.

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
