Field Service Technician; Casino​/Gaming - Riverwind Casino, OK

Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming and loyalty equipment across multiple customer sites in central and south‑central Oklahoma. This field-based role is based primarily at Riverwind Casino, with travel throughout the assigned territory to support additional locations as needed. Your role is to serve as a trusted technical expert and customer partner.

• Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service‑related issues, delivering a high level of satisfaction
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
• Support team members and assist at other locations as needed
• Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer‑facing role
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Starting compensation range: $46,530 – $63,975 per year, with potential for higher or lower depending on the full picture. Base salary is compliant with local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements.
