Perform maintenance on rotating equipment including PD plunger pumps, overhung centrifugal booster pumps, vertical process can pumps and multi-stage centrifugal mainline pumps;
Provide preventive maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis;
Set up and commission new pump packages including laser alignment and baseline vibration readings;
Assist in determining root cause failure analysis on rotating equipment;
Take scheduled vibration analysis readings and forward data to supervisor;
Manage assigned service truck and equipment for vibration/laser alignment operations;
Provide maintenance support across assets with significant travel in service truck (90%), including overtime and occasional weekends/holidays;
Comply with DOT driving laws and participate in safety training
