Distribution Administrator -Logistics; Enid Distribution Center

Management Level Position

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for accurately tracking and recording incoming and/or out-going shipments, preparing documentation as required, communicating with guards on incoming tractors/trailers, ensuring trailers are in doors in timely manner, coordinating trailer moves with yard jockey, maintaining and verifying the yard map, ensuring yard checks are completed at appropriate times, data entry for WMS system, answering phone calls and attending to the driver window, training other team members in SRC position, responding to pertinent emails, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Any other duties as assigned by management.

1st Shift: Sunday - Tuesday (5AM - 5PM) & Wednesdays (5AM - 11AM).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  3 plus years Office experience.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic computer skills required. For example, generating simple letters spreadsheets and creating simple queries. Working Knowledge of TDCWMS a requirement.
• Travel:

• Supervisory Responsibilities:
  
  None
