Evaluate and solve building issues with the maintenance team;
Take ownership of all equipment in the building and respond quickly to calls or incidents to minimize downtime;
Perform preventative maintenance checks on all equipment and repair parts as needed;
Troubleshoot machine issues with knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing and facilities maintenance;
