SOPREMA USA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities, improve reliability, and deliver safe, efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities. You will drive PM/PdM programs, manage the maintenance team and budgets, and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance across production sites.
The role requires strong leadership, root-cause analysis, and experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, and electrical systems; familiarity with PLCs and CMMS is a plus.
