As a Maintenance Manager
, you will be responsible for the entire upkeep and maintenance at an Ennis‑Flint manufacturing plant delivering the product to market. This responsibility must be done most efficiently, with the lowest cost, acceptable quality, and safely.

Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, mentoring, and evaluations for maintenance staff; conduct maintenance training.
- Lead maintenance staff, delegating work areas to them.
- Fix mechanical problems, ensuring the work is tracked through CMMS software using FIIX.
- Propose improvements and changes in maintenance procedures to improve quality, safety, service, and efficiency of plant equipment.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the plant, and set up a replacement parts inventory.
- Ensure the proper working of all electrical units and systems in the plant.
- Maintain a record of all daily maintenance and service activities undertaken in the facility.
- Follow all Ennis‑Flint policies and OSHA rules while carrying out maintenance functions.
- Place orders for spare parts and equipment for replacement, and ensure proper documentation while synchronizing work processes with other departments of the plant.
- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance supervisory responsibility.
- Technical/electrical/automation background in manufacturing and preventive/predictive maintenance experience.
- Detailed quality and safety knowledge.
