Position:

Part-Time Residential, Commercial & Post-Construction Cleaning Technician Opportunity to move into a full-time position after 90 days based on performance and company needs.

Schedule Requirements:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Average work week: 30–35 hours
• Most weekends and holidays off
• Occasional flexibility may be needed based on client scheduling

Job Responsibilities:

• Residential and commercial cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Deep cleaning and routine maintenance cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Window cleaning and detailed touch-up work
• Following cleaning checklists and company standards
• Communicating professionally with team members and clients
• Taking before and after photos when required
• Maintaining reliability, professionalism, and teamwork

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must own a smartphone
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must be willing to travel up to 40 miles outside of Enterprise, Alabama
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
