Position Information

Business Unit: Building Maintenance
Reports to: Facilities Manager
Location: Crystal Mountain, Washington
Wage Range: $23.00 - 27.00 DOE

Job Summary

Maintains and repairs building and equipment, including resolving complex maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance of buildings, including painting, electrical, and general repairs.
Resolves complex maintenance problems; keeps related records; completes repair projects and minor remodels.
Reports and resolves building problems.
Orders maintenance supplies and equipment; maintains equipment and tools.
Coordinates work of contractors, as assigned.

Qualifications

Five or more years of general maintenance experience.
Substantial experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, general building systems and related areas.
Physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties.
Basic ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Ability to identify and resolve safety and security problems.
Ability to ski or ride safely and in control.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Requires early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operation.
Must have physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
May involve sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, bending on an occasional basis.
May require lifting 50+ pounds and maneuvering up to 160 pounds.
