Oversee the condition and appearance of guest rooms, cabooses, cabins, restaurant, bar and other facilities;
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, plumbing, caulking etc.;
Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance in all guest rooms and public areas;
Oversee and report on major repair needs, including working with an asset manager to strategize an approach to major issues;
Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel and restaurant
