Job Title: Evening Engineering Supervisor

Reports to

Engineering Director

Responsible for general maintenance and/or minor repairs for the resort while maintaining a clean, and sanitary environment for Guests and Employees.

• Ensure all buildings have adequate heat, lighting, and ventilation systems that are properly cleaned and in good working condition.
• Monitor and recommend maintenance needs for wells and potable water systems.
• Recommend repairs and improvements to buildings and equipment.
• Inspect buildings and grounds regularly and keep resort signage in good order.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform and oversee a small team handling general repairs such as painting, patching, hanging shelves, and landscaping according to the work schedule.
• Assist departments with office equipment and furniture moves.
• Support the Director of Engineering with maintenance functions as needed.

Is this the job for me:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems required.
• Able to work well with others is required.
• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and regulations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.
• Ability to use ladders, lifts, and access confined spaces.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Fine motor skills for handling small parts and tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
• Ability to operate equipment, tools, and machinery safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (snow, cold, wind, rain, heat).
• Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise, fumes, dust, and chemicals.
• Ability to work long or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
