Full Time Position

Shift: Third 11pm-7pm Sunday Night-Friday Morning

• Determine proper press settings for Ejection, Fill, and Compaction from a part blueprint.
• Be able to qualify and prepare PM tooling for installation, including cleanliness, condition, de‑mag, fit and verifying there are no collisions.
• Identify all required adaptations such as blocks, bolts, clamps, tubes, etc. required for a successful tool stack‑up.
• Install all required adaptations and tooling, resulting in correct ejection, fill, and mold positions.
• Review the shoe condition and identify opportunities to reduce tailings in each setup and be able to replace shoe bottoms.
• Use inspection equipment, specifically a micrometer, calipers, and indicators as well as any other gaging required to qualify a setup.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance as required for each set up.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Run all equipment as necessary and perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Ensure smooth operations and provide support when the primary supervisor is unavailable.
• Familiarity using PLEX ERP.
