Assist with the operation maintenance and repair of equipment in guest rooms and common areas;
Change out light bulbs and perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment;
Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, exhaust fans, and other systems;
Address alarms and determine emergency status, reporting findings to Front Desk;
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
