Job Overview  Suryabala Vin Fast is seeking an experienced and dynamic  General Manager – Sales & Service  to lead our dealership operations in Erode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing after-sales service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities  Sales Management   Drive monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion ratios.
Build relationships with corporate customers, exchange partners, finance companies, and insurance providers.
Ensure achievement of OEM sales objectives.

Service Operations   Oversee workshop operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Ensure adherence to OEM service standards and processes.
Improve workshop productivity, service revenue, and customer retention.
Monitor service KPIs, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership   Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales, service, and customer support teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Customer Experience   Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership journey.
Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly.
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.

Business Operations   Manage dealership profitability and operational efficiency.
Monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and company policies.
Prepare business reports and review dealership performance regularly.

Qualifications & Experience   Minimum  10 years of experience  in the automobile industry.
Prior experience managing both  Sales and Service  operations at a dealership.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Sound understanding of dealership operations, financial management, and customer relationship management.
Experience in the EV industry is an added advantage.
