Position:
Groundskeeper
We seek to hire a full-time Groundskeeper. Your role is to ensure the apartment community is well-maintained and attractive for residents and guests.
LocationWoodlake Apartments (176 units)
2240 Bear Valley Parkway
Escondido, CA 92027
$18 - $19 per hour based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
What You Will Do- Daily inspections of the community for cleanliness
- Pick up and remove trash from the office and community areas.
- Perform cleaning functions while operating various equipment.
- Pressure wash
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Climb ladders and stairs.
- Properly store materials.
- Report damages or community issues promptly
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Complete other assigned tasks
Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of groundskeeping experience, plus the following credentials/skills:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong work ethic
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and demonstrated strengths in managing priorities.
- Understand basic instructions and complete tasks promptly.
- Able to juggle multiple projects while producing high-quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
- Passion for cleaning and making the community attractive.
- Reliable
- English fluency
