About the Role:

Join Merry Maids of North County San Diego as a Residential Housekeeper and be part of a dedicated team that transforms homes into sparkling havens. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

* Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

* Organize and tidy living spaces to enhance the overall aesthetic of the home.

* Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.

* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

* Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.

* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.

* Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
