Under the supervision of the General Services Director or designee is responsible f or keeping all furnishings, structures, and equipment clean and suitable for occupation and use by employees, other workers, and visitors at multiple City facilities. Duties include floor care, furniture care, equipment maintenance, trash handling, and cleaning windows. May involve simple repairs such as installing replacement bulbs, etc.
Qualifications- 1.
Education and Experience:
a. High School Diploma or GED; ANDb. Two (2) years related experience and/or training - 2. Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico driver’s license and be insurable by the City’s vehicle insurance carrier
