The Senior Maintenance Manager leads high-performing maintenance operations within an Amazon fulfillment center, driving equipment reliability, safety, operational performance, and continuous improvement. This role offers significant career growth with opportunities to advance into Regional Maintenance Manager and other senior leadership positions.

• Lead maintenance operations for a highly automated facility.
• Coach and develop maintenance managers and technicians.
• Drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze maintenance metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Partner with site leadership to support operational goals.

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automated facilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, conveyor, controls, and automated systems.
• Proven experience leading teams and improving equipment reliability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.

Bonus: 20% annual bonus schedule based on business needs with participation in an on‑call rotation.

Additional Compensation: The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
