Friedman Real Estate LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support Euclid Apartments in Euclid, OH. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to prep apartments for make-ready turns, perform preventative maintenance, and repair HVAC and other building systems.
This on-site, full-time role requires 2-4 years of on-site maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, basic tools, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
