Position Description
SEEKING: Facilities and Plant Maintenance Technician

With the corporate office and main plant in Eugene, Oregon, as well as a satellite office in Fairview, Oregon, we serve our clients throughout Oregon.
Reports to: Office Manager, Executive Team
Primary Function: Provide various maintenance services inside and outside of the facilities and Wildish properties.
Duties:
- Perform routine facility maintenance, including inspections, repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
- Manage trash, recycling, deliveries, and janitorial supplies.
- Support basic HVAC, AC, plumbing, and mechanical systems; replace filters and supplies as needed.
- Assist with seasonal tasks and respond to emergency repairs, as needed.
- Operate small equipment.
- Follow all safety policies, including PPE use and MSHA and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience:
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Basic carpentry skills.
- Small equipment repair skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work in various conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening, as well as background check
The physical demands described herein are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role. Duties regularly include standing, walking, sitting, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders. This position requires manual dexterity, clear communication, and the ability to read and write. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
