Duties & Responsibilities
Visually identify and sort (“pick”) various materials from metal shredder conveyor systems
During shredder downtime, perform cleanup & maintenance duties including but not limited to:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand instructions and emergency communications
- Must be able to stand at picking conveyor for extended periods
- Picking stations are outdoors with shade covers
- Must wear minimum PPE at all times including:
- Hi visibility shirt/vest
- Hard hat
- Safety glasses
- Gloves
- Safety-toe shoes
- Competitive pay
- PTO starts at 2 weeks per year, and increases with years of service
- 8 paid holidays

Full-time position. The schedule is Mon through Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 p.m.
Salary: 18-19/hr DOE
